The deadline for all reapplication information is February 1st for the Spring examination and August 1st for the Fall examination.

ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE APPROPRIATE DEADLINE.

If you are reapplying or if you are canceling within two years of your original/subsequent approval (approval is based on the first letter saying you were approved for a specific exam ie: Spring or Fall and year) you will need to submit:

• A Reapplication Request or a Cancel Request from you stating you would like to take the exam and
• a $75.00 Reapplication Fee - Login at Home Page to Pay Online

If you are reapplying or canceling more than two years from your original/subsequent approval (approval is based on the first letter saying you were approved for a specific exam ie: Spring or Fall and year) you will need to meet all current eligibility requirements and submit the following information:

• A Reapplication Form detailing your current work experience.
• Professional Reference from your current supervisor.*
• $75.00 Reapplication Fee - Login at Home Page to Pay Online

*ALL REFERENCE QUESTIONNAIRES ARE TO BE COMPOSED BY THE REFERENCE AND SENT DIRECTLY TO THE AMERICAN BOARD OF INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE BY THE REFERENCE.
