The deadline for all application information is February 1st for the Spring examination and August 1st for the Fall examination.

ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE APPROPRIATE DEADLINE.

If you are reapplying within two years of your original/subsequent approval (approval is based on the first letter saying you were approved for a specific exam ie: Spring or Fall and year) you will need to submit:

• A written letter from you stating you would like to take the exam and
• a $75.00 Reapplication fee

If you are reapplying more than two years of your original/subsequent approval (approval is based on the first letter saying you were approved for a specific exam ie: Spring or Fall and year) you will need to meet all current eligibility requirements and submit the following information:

• A Reapplication Form with current work experience information completed.
• Professional Reference from current supervisor.*
• Industrial Hygiene Coursework Form.
• $75.00 Reapplication Fee

*ALL QUESTIONNAIRES ARE TO BE COMPOSED BY THE REFERENCE AND MAILED DIRECTLY TO THE AMERICAN BOARD OF INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE BY THE REFERENCE.
