ABIH hours of operation are 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:30 (EST), Monday-Friday with the exception of the following holidays when the office is closed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), Christmas (24th & 25th) and New Year's Eve.

The office will be closed from December 26, 2011 - January 2, 2012 for the Holidays
