Overview
The validity and relevance of test "items" (a.k.a. questions) on the certification examination is of tremendous importance to the certification process. These help determine the success of the examination in measuring each applicant's knowledge in the field of Industrial Hygiene. The American Board of Industrial Hygiene was organized to improve the practice and educational standards of the profession of industrial hygiene. The ABIH depends on well-written test items by practitioners of the field to help accomplish this goal.
Those interested should contact Ron Drafta, CIH,CSP, ABIH Certification Program Manager at rdrafta@abih.org or 517-321-2638 Ext 11.
