The roster search is a simple text search of our roster. It takes the text as you entered it in the box(es) and compares fields in our database to that text. In some cases (like name, city, country, or employer), it looks for that string of letters at the beginning, middle or end of the field (e.g. search for "bart" will find barton, hillbart, and exbartender).

Zip Code entries will search for codes starting with the numbers, e.g. "9562" will find 95620 and 95628.

An entry in the Certificate number field will search for that exact certificate number only.

If you enter information in several fields, it will show names matching ONLY ALL the fields requested, so this can serve to narrow a search.

The display of a name with this search indicates that the individual is certified for the practice of industrial hygiene (as shown by the CIH or CAIH status) and is currently in good dues standing with the Board. The omission of a name does not necessarily mean that the individual is not certified - please contact the Board by phone, mail, or e-mail if you believe someone to be certified and they do not appear with the search.
