The ABIH ID Number (IDN) is the primary means of controlling access to individual records and is essentially equivalent to a personal identification number (PIN).
The IDN allows a Diplomate or approved Applicant access to the secured area of the ABIH web site, where personal information can be retrieved and changed.
For Diplomates, the IDN is found on the wallet card or the annual dues invoice. Occassionaly, it will be added to other personal communications sent by ABIH. For approved Applicants, the IDN was provided at the time of application approval.
If you do not know your IDN, please phone ABIH at 517-321-2638. We will ask a few security questions to verify identity.
Your ID number should not be shared.
Note: A Diplomate's certificate number is not the IDN.
